The last day of the March ended with an extraordinary special offer for hockey fans in Košice prepared by the 2011 IIHF World Championship (29.04 - 15.05.2011) Organizing Committee. Fans who bought pairs of game tickets in March in Košice are entitled to one free ticket to the Slovak national team up game against Sweden.
The special offer started in the first week of March and ended on the last day of the same month. The promotion is valid exclusively for tickets purchased for Košice games in this period. If you purchased at least two tickets for 2011 IIHF World Championship games in Košice between 1 - 31 March 2011 , you can enjoy the Slovak national team warm-up game in the metropolis of the East. As an added bonus 2000 category II tickets for the 13th April 2011 Slovakia – Sweden warm-up game in the Košice Steel Arena and a further 2000 category II tickets for the second Slovakia – Sweden game -also in the Steel Arena on the 15 April 2011 - have also been prepared.
The tickets for the warm-up game can be collected between the 2nd and 12th of April 2011 at the Košice Steel Arena Ticketportal outlet between 12:00 and 18:00, however seating is pres-designated. For as long as stocks last, tickets for either the first or second game can be selected. Unclaimed tickets for the Slovakia-Sweden game after the 12th of April will automatically be put up for sale.
The promotion is valid for every pair of tickets - meaning that if you purchased four World Championship tickets between the 1st and 31st of March for Košice games they are entitled to two category II tickets for the Slovakia - Sweden warm-up game etc.
